Spousal Green Card Approval for Art Cataloger from Taiwan

We recently received an approval for a spousal based green card for a national of Taiwan. Congratulations to our client!

Our client was working in the United States in H-1B status as an art cataloger. Since she was in H-1B status, she did not need to obtain advance parole for international travel after we submitted her adjustment of status application, and she was able to take international trips without problem while it was pending. The application took approximately one year to be adjudicated at the New York City Field Office. It was approved without an interview.
