I-751 Removal of Conditions Approval for Photographer from India

We recently received an I-751 removal of conditions approval for a photographer from India. Congratulations to our client!

We represented our client on his initial spousal based adjustment of status application. Since him and his spouse were married for less than two years at the time he was granted residence, it was for a conditional period of two years, at which time, an additional petition to remove the conditions on the residency had to be submitted along with additional proof that they have a bona fide marriage.
