O-1B Renewal for Curator from the U.K.

We received an approval of an O-1B renewal for a curator from the United Kingdom. Congratulations to our client!

We represented this client on the initial O-1B filing as well, where we demonstrated that her prior work in the U.K. as a curator, as well as her work as a J-2 spouse in the United States, met the criteria for extraordinary ability in the arts. She was to continue her work as a curator with several organizations in New York City, and we submitted an extension request based on this additional work to take place over the next 3 years. Both the initial O-1B petition and the renewal were approved without a request for evidence.
