O-1B Approval for Puppeteer from Iran

We recently received an O-1B change of status approval for a Puppeteer from Iran. Congratulations to our client!

In this case, we received a request for evidence (RFE) to further demonstrate that the beneficiary met the requirements for O-1B classification. We believed we had adequately supported the case in the initial filing, but we responded with a detailed cover letter going through the evidence that was already submitted and supplementing the record with additional evidence. It was approved two weeks after responding to the RFE.

While it is certainly stressful to receive an RFE, it does not mean that the case is not approvable and in fact many cases are approved after responding to an RFE.
