O-1B Approval for Chef from Argentina

We recently received an approval for an O-1B extraordinary ability visa for a Chef from Argentina. Congratulations to our client!

Our client had been a Chef in Argentina as well as at several luxury hotel restaurants in Europe. He received an offer of employment from a high-end food subscription service in the United States, but wanted to be able to take on this work in addition providing consulting services to other food establishments. He created a business entity with a business-partner through which his consulting services would be transacted, and that entity served as both the employer as well as the agent to petition for his other offer of employment. The petition was approved without a request for evidence.

The O-1B visa for artists includes the culinary arts.
