O-1B Approval for Photographer from Turkey

We recently received an approval for an O-1B extraordinary ability visa for a photographer from Turkey. Congratulations to our client!

Our client is a fine art photographer, and we were able to demonstrate that she met the criteria for extraordinary ability through demonstrating different achievements including being awarded for competitions and residencies, her exhibition history, published materials, and testimonial letters from peers in her field. It was quickly approved without a request for evidence. Although the artist had a prior denial for an EB-1 visa, this did not have any impact on the approval of a new O-1B visa.
