O-1B Approval for Photographer from Hong Kong

We recently received an O-1B extraordinary ability in the arts approval for a photographer from Hong Kong. Congratulations to our client!

Our client is a photographer who was completing her OPT period when we applied. We were able to demonstrate that she met the criteria required for extraordinary ability through evidence of her publications, awards, and testimonial letters. It was approved without a request for evidence.
