National Interest Waiver Approval for UX Designer from Iran

We recently received an approval for a National Interest Waiver immigrant visa for a UX Designer from Iran. Congratulations to our client!

Our client is currently in the United States as a F-1 student studying and also working on CBT (curricular practical training) as a UX designer. We applied as a self-petition & presented her case through detailed testimonial letters, corroborating evidence, evidence of future work, and voluminous background information about the national importance of UX design and how it advances STEM interests in the United States. We applied via premium processing and the case was approved in 9 days.

I have successfully represented UX designers in the past for National Interest Waiver immigrant visas and would be happy to have a consultation with you to discuss your own background in the field & how it may fit into the National Interest Waiver framework. Don’t hesitate to contact me at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com.
