O-1B Approval for Designer from Brazil

We recently received an O-1B extraordinary ability in the arts approval for a Designer from Brazil. Congratulations to our client!

Our client was working in the United States pursuant to her STEM OPT which was expiring, and she wished to continue working full-time at the design agency employing her & also take on freelance work as a designer. We submitted an agent based O-1B petition on her behalf so that she could take on this additional freelance work. It was approved without a request for evidence.

I have represented many Graphic Designers, Illustrators and Art Directors in the field of advertising obtain O-1B status. Don’t hesitate to reach out for a consultation at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com to learn about the process and see how your qualifications may make you eligible.
