O-1B Approval for Graphic Designer from India

We recently received an approval for a graphic designer & art director from India working in the advertising industry. Congratulations to our client!

Our client had completed her studies in the United States and was working on STEM-OPT. We were able to demonstrate that in the three years of her STEM-OPT, she had made achievements that qualified her for extraordinary ability classification. Although she has a full-time position at an advertising agency, an agent based petition was submitted so that she could take on additional freelance gigs as a graphic designer over the next three years.
