O-1B Approval for Content Creator from Hong Kong

We recently received an O-1B extraordinary ability in the arts approval for a content creator in the field of advertising.

The beneficiary graduated with a degree in marketing and spent her year of OPT employment working at two advertising agencies where she focused on creating content for social media marketing. Through a combination of detailed testimonial letters describing her critical role at the agencies she worked at, some published material about advertising campaigns she worked on which received awards, and other evidence of the work she had done, the USCIS agreed that she met the standard for extraordinary ability classification in the arts. It was filed premium processing and was approved after responding to a request for additional evidence.

Don’t hesitate to reach out for a consultation to see if the O-1B visa might also be a good fit for you. I can be reached directly at amir@rasoulpourlaw.com.
