Concurrent O-1B Approval for Turkish Photographer

We recently received an approval on a concurrent O-1B petition for a Photographer from Turkey.

A concurrent petition is when a beneficiary already has an approved status for one employer, but then needs authorization to work for an additional employer at the same time. You can only hold concurrent status for a status you already hold. For example, if you have H-1B status, another employer can file for a concurrent H-1B but not a different visa classification. In this case, the beneficiary already had O-1B status (which she was granted through a prior petition filed by our law firm) but then was offered additional full-time employment which required a concurrent filing. It was approved without a request for evidence.
